When I am in Cartagena, I like staying here. The hotel is absolutely great, its rooms are beautiful and it has very-very nice stuff. The property has the restaurant for breakfast.

The hotel is located in the centre of the city, near the port, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to provide excellent service, with special mention to Manuel at the front desk who was always attentive and helpful.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. It was walking distance to many landmarks, restaurants, and shops. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the nearby harbor. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We also enjoyed the pool and fitness center during our stay.

The parking garage was a bit challenging to navigate, but once we found our way, it was convenient to have a secure place to park our car.
